Day 1
Hotel Pickup in Dar es Salaam → Fly to Nyerere
Transfer to the airport for a short flight to Nyerere National Park. Arrive in time for lunch, then an afternoon boat safari along the Rufiji River.

Day 2
Full Day in Nyerere National Park
Morning and afternoon game drives through Nyerere's plains, woodland, and river channels — home to lion, elephant, buffalo, and one of Tanzania's largest African wild dog populations.

Day 3
Sunrise Boat Safari → Fly to Zanzibar

It's a slightly higher investment, but delivers a more complete "big wilderness" safari before you reach the beach.

Two full free days in Zanzibar (Days 4–5), plus partial days on arrival (Day 3 afternoon) and departure (Day 6 morning) — so while the safari portion is efficient at just 2 nights, the beach half of the trip is genuinely unhurried.
